Critical path right now: Step 3.1. Vocabulary bootstrap is the gate. The build is complete; the remaining tasks are (a) run the live pipeline (~USD 5–10 in Claude API costs) and (b) hold a 1–2 hour ratification session with the Calibre team to approve / rename / merge / reject each candidate tag. Once locked, Step 3.2 (JD normaliser), Step 5.2 (CV normaliser), and Step 6.1 (rubric loader) all unblock in parallel.
